Role: Brand Manager
Location: Office Based, Buckinghamshire - this is a Full time, office based role with occasional National and European travel required

Job Purpose and Responsibilities:
Champions the national plan for assigned brand throughout the organisation.
Ensures that a brand focus facilitates a customer centric approach.
Accountable for successful design and implementation of brand plans through effective communication programmes.
Collaborates throughout the organisation and externally to meet brand and corporate objectives and to gather internal and external insights.
Successfully runs marketing projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Maximises principles of Key Account Management and matrix working to drive organisational success.
Collaborates throughout the organisation and externally to meet brand and corporate objectives and to gather internal and external insights.
Drives marketing and digital excellence through a customer centric approach.
Accountable for the management of costs versus budget for agreed projects and proactively identifies/escalates any variances.
Ensure both personal and cross functional team expertise of market, competitors and brand clinical data is maintained to enable effective decision-making.



Qualifications

Essential: ABPI qualified; Full driving licence and flexibility to travel when necessary Desirable: Degree level education (or equivalent), preferably life sciences

Person experience required

Essential: Significant and extensive knowledge and experience of project management across a range of brands, therapy areas and customer groups. Demonstrable experience of designing highly effective marketing tactics across a variety of channels, including integrated digital platforms. Excellent team working, communication, engagement and presentation skills Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision Ability to juggle a demanding and varied workload and manage across a matrix environment Full driving licence Competent user of Microsoft Office software products Extensive experience of the NHS ABPI qualified Desirable: Experience of working in CV therapeutic market Degree level education (or equivalent), preferably life sciences CIM qualified Launch experience as a Marketer
