Role: Commercial Manager

Our Client is a rapidly growing speciality pharmaceutical company engaged in the development and commercialisation of prescription medicines for the treatment of unmet therapeutic needs in major markets.
They are entering an exciting pre-launch phase with an array of development and in-licensed global products which will join an expanding, successful product portfolio. With numerous product launches expected over the next three years, and further new product development
As a Commercial Manager you will report in to the Commercial Director and manage and support distribution and end to end supply of the UK product portfolio

Responsibilities:
Management of UKIE wholesaler relationships and reduced wholesale model
Involvement in multi-disciplinary projects
Day to day management of all distributor related tasks
Managing stock and supply with wholesalers and internally with Supply Chain team
Liaising as appropriate with all other KK functions in ensuring supply of product
Contract management of distributor relationships
Managing the export business unit and sales
Customer queries e.g. stock availability
Hospital contract management
Product listings and maintenance e.g. Datapharm, C&D, Alloga, wholesalers, CMU, Pharma QC


Qualifications

Science degree preferred but not essential Must hold valid driving licence ABPI Medical Representative qualification preferred

Person experience required

Autonomous experience in a similar commercial pharmaceutical role Extensive knowledge of NHS systems preferred Promotional pharmaceutical experience preferred ABPI Medical Representative qualification preferred Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Negotiation and influence skills Ability to identify opportunities and threats and act accordingly Prioritisation and multi-tasking Ability to work cross-functionally Relationship management Results Oriented, Sense of Urgency and Flawless in Execution
