This is an exciting opportunity to join our Services Marketing team in a brand-new position. The client is looking for an experienced Marketing professional with a strong focus on communication, who will be responsible for developing, defining and implementing consumer campaigns for the ongoing acquisition, increased retention & engagement of consumers to the delivery and support service.
Responsible for the management and prioritisation of the consumer campaign plan, working closely with the other Consumer Marketing Managers and colleagues in Direct Services, to ensure we meet the needs of the overall business.
Develop and implement consumer campaigns that deliver against our objective to acquire, retain & engage consumers to the service.
Manage the creative agency relationship to ensure we deliver market leading creative and innovative campaigns, utilising a range of social and other external channels to drive acquisition of consumers.
Working with the SalesForce.com project team to inform how to best optimise the opportunities to engage our existing customers in the database, based on their interactions with us.
Define, develop, and lead the social media strategy for the service & other Services across all channels to be implemented by the digital activation team.
Analyses and reports on the success of both the acquisition activity and the impact on retention across the business.
Work closely with colleagues in our Global office to ensure alignment with global strategies.
The successful candidate will specifically be working on:
Acquiring consumers to the service through well executed multi channel brand campaigns.
Building a trusting relationship with every patient in our database to increase retention, create brand ambassadors - and grow our business with what we already have.
Building an automated, multi-channel communication platform for our entire database.
The patient engagement program must deliver education and product information consistently based on the health journey of each patient.
