Package: GBP20,000 base salary + GBP2,000 cash bonus + car + benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key supporting role in a new team. The role is full-time and is an ideal opportunity for someone with customer service experience who is looking to build a career in Pharmaceutical selling.

Working as a Customer Services Associate you will be responsible for providing market leading service-based solutions to Healthcare Professionals. To achieve this you will work within a defined geographical territory in which you will be responsible for building and developing our clients relationship with GP surgeries. This will mainly focus on the surgery administration staff such as Receptionists and Practice Managers, but where applicable also with GPs and Nurses. Your role will include delivering patient-specific product information, largely in the form of leaflets, as well as demonstrating products, delivering invitations to Educational Meetings and obtaining accurately completed customer feedback questionnaires.

Accountabilities will include: Delivering exceptionally high quality face-to-face customer-service interactions, meeting the call targets set by your Team Manager, feeding customer insights and issues back to the Sales and Marketing business, completion of all administrative tasks, including recording of calls and distribution of materials.

Qualifications

A science based degree is preferred but not essential.

Person experience required

Essential: Customer service background. Successful candidates will have drive, determination and enthusiasm to succeed in all they do. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication skills and interpersonal skills. You will understand the pharmaceutical industry and current developments within the NHS. Above all you will have the passion to build a career within the pharmaceutical industry. Within 1 year in this post you will be expected to pass the ABPI code of practice exam.
