It encompasses blood glucose meters, insulin delivery systems, lancing devices, data management systems and education programs - contributing to an improved medical outcome.
We have an exciting opportunity to join Diabetes Care in the Insulin Delivery System (IDS) team as an Infusion Systems Sales Specialist. The IDS business has achieved incredible success over the last 5 years with double digit growth year on year and this opportunity is part of an expansion of the sales team. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to work with customers to sell, train and support insulin pumps in this area.
an infusion specialist you will be required to promote and support the transition from Insulin Pen to Insulin Pump therapy for people with diabetes. Generating interest and sales for the Infusion Systems product portfolio from hospital diabetes care professionals and helping them provide both training and support for their patients. You will play a pivotal role in liaising, influencing and supporting healthcare professionals, payers, LHBs and patient training.


Qualifications

Desirable: Life Science background

Person experience required

Essential: Healthcare selling in primary and secondary care Sales experience within Diabetes would be advantageous A deep understanding of the clinical management of Diabetes. A strong desire to enable people with diabetes to lead an unrestricted life Strong empathy and customer care skills Excellent organisation and communications skills
