Role: Integrated Healthcare Manager - Dermatology and Bone Health
Package: Salary up to GBP65K - Negotiable based on experience, car, pension, healthcare and bonus

With a continued focus on the development of their pharmaceutical portfolio and salesforce expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Integrated Healthcare Manager.

This role is accountable at a defined territory level for the development and implementation of the national and local level market access strategy, creating a positive commercial environment and high level of HCP endorsement for a portfolio of products across Dermatology and Bone Health. The IHM will develop strong customer relationships and demonstrate exceptional understanding of the local and national UK health economies.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieve Regional KPIs and objectives for priority Rx products as defined by Head of Market Access.
Take responsibility for the entire portfolio using a key account management approach in line with the customer and company needs to ensure a positive outcome.
Work within a company defined agreed compliant and ethical framework.
Understand the commercial aspects of the NHS and key customer environment including pricing agreements, rebates, contracts, tenders.
Understand and be able to implement brand plans, with specific expertise in the implementation of the payor/policy strategic and tactical plans.
Influence budgetary decision makers/payors and policy influencers in the NHS to enhance market access metrics and increase sales growth.
Monitor, analyse and communicate local brand sales metrics and competitor activity.
Report activity into the company CRM system within agreed standards.
Create, develop and be able to communicate local business plans in CRM in line with national strategy to support other commercial stakeholders within the business.
To fully understand the D&T/formulary process in all target accounts and across primary and secondary care and support a positive outcome for all Rx products.
Communication of health economy therapy area/prescribing guidance to the sales team.
Collaborate with and support the KAS/RBM teams to ensure the best possible outcome for the Rx portfolio.
Proactively maintain up to date knowledge of competitor products and therapy areas.
Understand and remain updated on the NHS environment both at a national level and throughout the local health economy and share NHS insights with wider sales team.
Understand the company clinical and team management priorities and how they affect the territory.


Qualifications

Degree in scientific or business related subject or equivalent qualification. ABPI qualified. Driving licence (6 pts max)

Person experience required

Requirement of proven track record of pharmaceutical industry sales experience, preferably with wider experience in market access, key account management, KOL/advocacy development, marketing and/or commercial roles. High level & proven influencing/negotiation skills Exceptional business planning and account management skills Demonstrated history of effective interpersonal skills, ability to provide performance feedback, strong written and verbal skills, good presentation skills. Strong collaboration skills and proven team player High level of data analysis and IT skills including powerpoint, excel and word. Sound understanding of UK pharmaceutical industry and demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of NHS policies, structures, funding streams and processes relevant to promoted products Demonstrates well developed business and commercial acumen Proactive and accountable with a clear drive for completion and delivery
