Role: Haemato-Oncology Sales Specialist
Territory: South West & South Wales

As a Haemato-Oncology Sales Specialist you will be responsible for delivering sales growth in line with area sales targets for licensed Haematology brands. Here you will be supporting a recently launched game changing brand and capitalising on where we are already ahead of planned growth through selling the new and existing brands to targeted customers in line with an agreed communications and investment plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering sales growth in line with sales targets for assigned products in territory.
Contribute to the development and delivery of the business plan for accounts within territory; where specified, take the role of account co-ordinator with colleagues leading the creation and delivery of the Account plan.
Works collaboratively with the wider team including: Marketing, Medical and Market access

The client is a specialty care global business unit, dedicated to high quality support of patients with rare diseases, multiple sclerosis, cancer and immune diseases.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably with a science background ABPI qualified Full UK Drivers Licence

Person experience required

ABPI qualified, and detailed understanding of its practical application in a business environment. Previous Haemato-oncology/Oncology and/or speciality sales knowledge relating to the therapeutic area(s) and ability to use that knowledge effectively in customer interactions. Knowledge of the NHS relating to Oncology including the local decisions is desirable. Organised, with a good level of analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Able to recognise urgent issues and prioritise effectively. Ability to work independently as well as across a matrix structure, to optimise all opportunities. Ability to contribute to the development and execution of shared business plans. Ability to achieve success within a changing environment. Enthusiastic team player.
