Role: Multichannel Engagement Director
Therapy Area: Pharmaceutical
Package: Negotiable basic salary, car allowance, and additional benefits package
Location: Home Based. The role is remote and can be mainly carried out from home, occasionally you will be required to travel to offices based in Derbyshire.

We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially, and strategically minded Multichannel Engagement Director with an excellent understanding of the NHS and Pharmaceutical Environment and previous second line management experience of sales teams, either field or remotely based, passionate about coaching and developing an established E-Detailing sales team.

Reporting to the MD, this role is responsible for operational management and strategic direction of multichannel projects, providing an innovative, high-quality service that delivers commercial value and competitive advantage to the client. The Multichannel Director will guide and implement commercial solutions, providing subject matter expertise and operational excellence in remote and in-person channels. Building on successful implementation, the Multichannel Director will work with the wider team to introduce cross-channel commercial and clinical solutions as appropriate to support client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership of large-scale MCE client project to include engagement, coordination, support and direction of all stakeholders as applicable to meet project objectives
Provision of multichannel subject matter expertise driving excellence and contributing to commercial success and market leadership for the client
Project performance management to ensure: agreement/recommendation of salient KPIs, meeting/exceeding of contractual obligations and client expectations, robust/transparent reporting, project evolution to maintain and accelerate strategic alignment of activity plans with client objectives

Qualifications

Degree level education or equivalent (Life science or Business) ABPI Qualification Full UK drivers licence

Person experience required

Sales management experience with effective coach expertise of 1st line managers Extensive knowledge of Healthcare environment in the UK, including NHS structure and strategy Additional experience in either marketing or market access or digital (1 essential and 2 preferred) Strong matrix Leadership experience, in line and without authority Good understanding of platform and technology levers Operational management experience to include P&L ownership/financial management Demonstrable problem solving & decision-making abilities Confident and competent to advise /challenge client on solutions to drive improvements both strategically and tactically. Business development experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both oral and written Effective planning & organisational skills Ability to work effectively within a team or individually Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints To Apply If you are suitable for this position, please send a copy of your CV.
