National Sales Manager - Oncology. Exciting new role managing a team of Specialist Oncology KAM's covering the UK

Role: National Sales Manager
Location: National Field Based across the UK

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a National Sales Manager - ensuring that the UK National Team performance is optimized at all times through the implementation of a Strategic Regional Plan to maximize market access and sales brand performance across different Oncology Brands.

In this role you will:
Develop an integrated plan with other key stakeholders to maximize market access and in market brand performance in target health economies.
Lead and coach all members of the Sales team to deliver advanced Key Account Management.
Work to ensure that the regional team performance is optimized at all times through implementation of a Strategic Regional Plan.
Drive business results and encourages a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

Essential: ABPI and Full driving licence. Desirable: Degree level education, preferably life sciences.

Person experience required

Significant line management and leadership experience gained whilst delivering successful business outcomes. Previous Oncology experience. Excellent understanding of the ABPI code of Practice, and ABPI qualified. Excellent communication and customer influencing skills. Strong knowledge of the NHS. Proven ability to lead and develop others at a National level. Strong project management skills and successful project co-ordination and/or management of Regional/National level initiatives. High level of attention to detail. Advanced presentation skills. Strong numerical and data analysis skills/capability. Full driving licence and ability to travel throughout the UK. Competent user of Microsoft Office software products. Degree level education, preferably life sciences. Desirable: Negotiation skills theory and practice. Pre-launch marketing experience.
