This is an exciting opportunity to work as a National Sales Manager - ensuring that the UK National Team performance is optimized at all times through the implementation of a Strategic Regional Plan to maximize market access and sales brand performance across different Oncology Brands.
In this role you will:
Develop an integrated plan with other key stakeholders to maximize market access and in market brand performance in target health economies.
Lead and coach all members of the Sales team to deliver advanced Key Account Management.
Work to ensure that the regional team performance is optimized at all times through implementation of a Strategic Regional Plan.
Drive business results and encourages a high-performance culture.
