As an Operations Director in the CVRM (Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Renal) Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in channelling the companys scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients lives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Operations Director you will be a key member of the CVRM Leadership Team and will play a leadership role with the Regional Business Directors to ensure delivery of sales and business goals across the UK. You will continuously monitor performance and pull through of strategy from the regional teams.
You will be responsible for supporting the Business Unit Director in ensuring a strategic allocation of resources and efforts to drive business results and drive alignment and execution amongst the Regional Business Directors. A key part of this role will be to gather and synthesise field force insight back to the Business Unit Leadership Team and work closely with the Marketing and Medical BULT members to drive cross-functional pull through of strategies.
As the Operations Director you will be responsible for defining and leading robust business processes and review to strengthen execution and delivery of results and will support the financial planning and forecasting process for all priority promoted brands. This role will also lead on major projects aligned to the Business Unit strategy.
