Reporting to the Business Unit Director for Respiratory and Inflammation, this is a great opportunity to join a market leading pharmaceutical company as an Operations Manager.
In this role you will:
Deliver national budget (sales target) and key performance metrics
Ensure a consistent and timely approach to business planning across the business unit
Be responsible for the delivery of systems and business processes that enable the Regional Business Director structure to be successful.
Be a member of the leadership team
Deliver accurate, insight driven financial forecasts to senior management
Be responsible for driving implementation of business strategies
