The position of Senior Insights Manager will generate customer facing propositions that leverage the business intelligence from all the clients service offerings. This will include taking data generated from the operations of these services to create insights that can be shared with NHS payers and nurses to grow product and service market shares.
Key Responsibilities:
Use the transactional data in developing value propositions and shaping service offering to enhance the customer experience for NHS nurses, GPs, CCG, Consumers and internal stakeholders
Interpret data in the multiple data source systems that are used create simple customer journey stories and single customer views that help grow sales of product and services.
Build simple and accessible presentation tools to share and frequently update the insights generated.
Stakeholder manage relationships with Payers & Trade, Marketing, Finance and Commercial Excellence to support decision making and sharing of best practices in data management, ensuring highest standards of data quality.
Identify opportunities within customer behaviour to increase value whilst balancing the requirement of being a Responsible Dispensing Appliance Contractor.
Provision of regular reporting analytics both locally and globally.
Engaging, influencing, motivating and developing the insights, analysts working within the Direct Channels business analyst team.

Qualifications

Essential: BA Desirable:Master/MBA is preferred

Person experience required

Experience of working in a similar industry insight role Strong analytical toolbox and sound problem-solving skills Ability to lead yourself and create results through others Passionate about building sustainable business propositions with sound evidence and planning Able to work assertively as and when required, with strong influencing skills Able to effectively work with, and manage internal stakeholders and external agencies Results focused, with the ability to remain calm and retain control when managing high workloads and dealing with multiple projects Able to work using own initiative, with the ability to work as part of a team as and when required Problem solving abilities Strong attention to detail Essential: Solid project management skills People Management Fluent in English (written and spoken) Experience of working with campaign management tools and managing Google advertising word campaigns Proven ability to present data/data analysis in an accessible way to non- technical stakeholders/audiences Significant experience of working with data warehouses (ideally but not essentially Siebel and OBIEE) Super user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Ideally experience of working with Siebel, Oracle Business Intelligence and Salesforce.com
