Our client is the leading supplier of Stoma Care, Wound Care and Continence Care products and services within the UK and Ireland. This is a key role which has been developed to provide an ethical professional support service to patients using an anal irrigation system.To develop the anal irrigation market and maximize opportunities for the product range.
Overview of the role: Accountable for driving sales with target customers and to develop NHS Services to expand the number of patients gaining access to Peristeen and retaining on Peristeen.
Develop an expertise in Bowel Management clinical pathways to be the authority for the bowel management system
Confidently present and detail the Peristeen solution to nurses and HCPs
Achieve targets for sales and growth
Improve retention of patients within accounts
Challenge clinical pathways with appropriate clinical data to improve the patient experience and outcomes
Ensure a consistent gold standard service is delivered for patient adoption of Peristeen through motivating and educating healthcare professionals
To deliver education and training on a group and individual basis for key identified customer groups such as nurses to create empowerment and competency in teaching patients
Advise the Business Development Manager on how to build sustainable clinical services that deliver high retention
Develop relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders to be advocates of Peristeen and the company
Direct patient support as required
Implement sales and marketing campaigns and ensure activity is in line with corporate strategy
Work effectively with various internal teams including, nursing, customer care, and marketing
