Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Brand Manager. As Senior Brand Manager for the oncology portfolio you will report to the Business Unit Director and create and develop the strategic plan developing programs that are firmly rooted in the needs of patients, prescriber, and payers. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen with a clear focus on driving execution of marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and maintain market leadership in selected markets.
Develop brand strategy and vision.
Responsible for Life Cycle Management, Brand Champion and Brand Planning.
Monitor competitor activities and adapt tactics/strategy.
Owns the Brand performance both top-line and bottom-line.
To work closely with all stakeholders.
Lead market specific initiatives and support development of execution plans.
Practice evidence-based decision making.
Regular field contacts with both associates and customers.
Ensure full adherence to compliance policies (ABPI, MHRA, etc.) as well as comply with regulatory requirements.
Support/Lead Market Access initiatives such as policy shaping, pricing, reimbursement, etc.
