This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading company in Surgical Consumables.
This role sits within the Surgical Division to develop and enhance clinical relationships across the territory within but not limited to surgical consumables including laparoscopic instrumentation and smoke evacuation equipment and ECG and electro-surgical consumables. The purpose of the role is to communicate the clinical and commercial benefits of the product range, to enable better patient outcomes and to provide cost effective options to clinical staff across the territory.

In this role you will:
Deliver year-on-year sales growth by meeting and/or exceeding the annual sales plan in the agreed territory.
Have a strong focus on new product introduction.
Secure, maintain and service existing business.
Build a sales pipeline and meeting strategic growth targets by identifying key growth and new business opportunities.
Develop and implement agreed strategies in all target accounts.
Train customers to use and understand our products and services to best practice standard.
Conduct strategic reviews within the customer base, for the largest and/or most strategically important accounts.
Participate in and provide support at relevant exhibitions, sales meetings, and other clinical/sales-related functions, as requested and/or defined by management.
Take ownership of customers and KOLs to ensure that positive relationships are developed and maintained, with customer satisfaction paramount.
Develop territory management plans that identify and prioritise activities to achieve business goals.
Promote a positive and professional company image internally and externally.
Utilise CRM system inputting all information daily.
Complete all administration, reports & requests within guidelines & on time.
Support other territories on occasion if required.
The Client markets and sells a broad range of own and third-party medical device and pharmaceutical products. This role sits within the Britain & International division, a market leader in the UK for medical device products in laparoscopic, theatre consumables and anaesthesia therapy areas.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent Nursing/Technical/Medical qualification Full UK Driving Licence

Person experience required

A minimum of two years sales experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in medical devices. High level of comfort in using clinical information to build effective business proposals. Good market awareness to understand key opportunities for the development of new business. Ability to close out opportunities to achieve budgets and development of long-term business. Ability to establish and maintain high quality partnership relationships with our customers Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Proven organisational/multi-tasking skills High level of self-initiative, dynamism, and self-management (capable of working independently) Strong relationship/team player skills, with ability to work collaboratively as a member of a cross-functional team There may be a requirement to occasionally support other territories To Apply If you are suitable for this position, please send a copy of your CV.
