Paul has over 20 years’ experience providing outsourced and specialised services to the Pharma and MedTech sector as well as working for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturer. He has held board level positions with Ashfield Healthcare, Takeda and more recently Uniphar. In a career with continued progression, he has developed a broad base of competencies with experience in Human Resources, Commercial Operations, Marketing and Commercial Excellence. Paul has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver results and drive change across multiple organisations and functions. In 2011 Paul relocated to North America to establish Ashfield’s successful commercial operation before returning to the UK as Operations Director. Paul is currently the Managing Director of Chemistree where his focus is to drive business growth through operational excellence, leadership, and digital transformation. Assignments in Executive Search have specialised in sourcing and attracting highly sought-after executives and leaders within the Pharmaceutical and MedTech sectors.

Nigel has over 30 years’ experience across Pharmaceuticals and MedTech with a proven track record of leadership having held senior Director level positions in the Pharma sector with GlaxoSmithKline and in Service Provision with Ashfield Healthcare. In 2006 Nigel founded Chemistree Solutions Ltd and with the support of a dedicated and talented team has spent the last 19 years developing and delivering innovative resourcing and recruitment solutions across permanent, outsourcing and executive search. His work has encompassed various sectors across life sciences, including Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Biotechnology, Consumer Healthcare and Outsourcing Organisations. Assignments in Executive Search have specialised in identifying and recruiting top-tier executives and non-executives at the board and senior management team level.
