This is an exciting new opportunity to work as a Head of Marketing in Ostomy In a dynamic, strategic, and people-centred marketing leader to take ownership of our Ostomy portfolio in the UK & Ireland, one of the most critical and fast-evolving segments within our Chronic Care business. This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading organisation with a strong, innovative pipeline. You will play a pivotal role in redefining how we engage healthcare professionals, elevate brand communication, and bring meaningful innovation to people living with intimate healthcare needs. This role is ideal for a driven, hands-on leader who thrives in a specialised healthcare environment, enjoys working close to the field, and is motivated by the chance to influence strategy, execution and culture in equal measure.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities (but not limited to):
· Lead the strategic direction and execution of the Ostomy portfolio across the UK & Ireland.
· Ensure strong stakeholder engagement by coordinating workstreams, maintaining communication, and presenting business updates.
· Work closely with cross functional teams to develop commercial forecasts and business plans, securing alignment and sign off.
· Design and deliver launch strategies, set KPIs, and ensure delivery of all launch activities while driving post launch success.
· Ensure advisory boards deliver value by shaping agendas, gathering insights, and strengthening relationships with national KOLs.
· Align commercial priorities with professional agenda to ensure competitive advantage and business impact.
· Guide, empower, and develop the OC marketing team while contributing to the wider Marketing Leadership Team.

Qualifications
· Full UK driving licence
· BSc/MSc preferably in business, marketing, or health sciences
Experience Required
Essential
· Experienced healthcare marketer with a strong track record in strategic launch planning, brand management, and operational execution
· 8-10 years of proven success in marketing roles
· Experience managing people and leading diverse teams for at least 2 years
· Strong communicator who presents with impact
· Self starter who delivers independently
· Leader who empowers others to perform at a high level
· Curious, analytical, and able to bring structure to data and insights
· Work to high standards, demonstrate accountability, and thrive in a fast paced environment
· Understand the NHS landscape, the needs of HCPs, and the importance of grounding all activity in real customer insight
· Commercially astute, able to spot growth opportunities, and confident in providing innovative solutions that set future direction
· Comfortable working a minimum of two days per week in the office
